Here is your picture again, though more in the direction I would
take. I have unified the silhouette by giving it a moderate thickness
and making sure everything associated with the character is within this
thick silhouette line. I have also played with the shadows so the light
source is consistent across the body. I like the handling of the cloth,
so I didn't touch it. This is basically it. Be advised, this is just
one approach -- you will have to decide for yourself as to what broad
category or inking style you want to take. If you have any further
