This morning I fed a spider. I keep a couple of spiders in my bathroom, because these tiny roaches keep coming over from the next apartment and the spiders keep their numbers down. I found a roach on the floor, and something had broken its leg, and after doing my business I flicked it over to the nearest spiderweb. The spider pounced on it immediately and started wrapping it up in silk. I watched as it carried the roach back to the web, spun it up further and brought it close to inject poison into it. I guess I officially have another pet now, to go along with the thing that lives in my ceiling.
